當災難發生之後,我們該如何面對變調的生活?How are we going to face the change of our life, When disaster occurs?

當災難不幸發生,彷彿是對我們的生活投下了一顆震撼彈,震垮了原本熟悉的環境/家園,也震盪了我們的心。
When disaster occur, our life and surroundings are shaken. Disaster is like a shock bomb; sending shockwaves penetrate through our heart.

在好長一段時間,我們也許會出現、持續著許多身心反應,這些都是很正常的反應。隨著時間的推進,這些身心不適反應會逐漸平緩,而我們可以慢慢地重建起新的生活
For a long period of time, we might continuously experience abnormal physiological and psychological feelings, which are normal after these incidents.  These will slowly loosen up, as we could gradually rebuild our life back to normal.

但是有些時候,這些身心反應不但沒趨緩,反而愈發加劇,困擾如夢魘般纏住我們,腦海中的風暴揮之不去… 
Somehow there are times when these discomfort feelings do not go away, but deteriorated as it is transformed into nightmare that haunted us.

原來,我們的心受傷了。
Our heart, turn out to be bleeding.
